Fee Capital Group was formed in 2011 as a private equity real estate investment and asset management firm, with the intent of employing an advantage on investment capital through market driven inefficiencies including undervalued, underperforming, and mispriced real estate.

With a primary focus on preferred equity to cash flow for long term in-house managed properties, FCG also seeks opportunistic asset management for investments in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Principal and Founder

Jason Fee is the Principal and Founder of Fee Capital Group; responsible for investment strategy, real estate acquisitions, property revitalizations, portfolio/holdings operations and asset management. Founding the LLC in April of 2011, Jason was responsible for securing capital assets valued at $1.2 Million in Central and North Texas within the first 18 months of inception, driving a vision towards capital investments of $5 Million within 5 years of the company’s founding.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University. Personal interests include international politics/current events, travel, dogs, construction/contracting, music, and the company of his close knit group of friends.
